Restoring Business Relationships through Understanding
The principals within any business have a great deal at stake, both
financially and personally.  And so, when differences among them arise,
conflict often results.  This creates two large problems for those
involved.  First, smooth functioning between these key individuals is
often critical to success.  Second, business is never separate from
